For today's "Thursday Recipe" I'm going to shew you how to make the delicious salad my mom made for dinner. This salad can easily be changed around by adding whatever is in season. For Example, ours had nectarines and peaches, but you could add apples or pears if you were to make this when those fruits are in season (around here that's usually in the fall).
Romain lettuce--we used one medium sized heart, but you could add more or less.
2 bell peppers
Optional: Spritz of vinegar, and a drizzle of olive oil
Chop the nectarines, peaches, bell peppers, tomatoes, and lettuce in nice bite-sized pieces. Mix together in a large bowl. Add a spritz of vinegar, and drizzle on some olive oil. Mix everything together, and enjoy!
